According to Diario Sport, Real Madrid's new signing Marc Cucurella has returned to the Spanish capital to prepare for a busy season after his vacation.

The break following the World Cup gave the Catalan full-back time to gradually adapt to Madrid and arrange his move after his stay in London.
Cucurella is leaning towards settling in Boadilla del Monte, one of the most upscale towns surrounding the capital, where he will become neighbors with teammate Thibaut Courtois. Dani Carvajal also owns a house in the area, but he will be playing away from the Bernabéu this season.
Specifically, the World Cup champion will likely choose to reside in Las Lomas, a luxury residential area that offers a quiet and private environment, both of which are important for any top player.
According to the Spanish newspaper El Corriere de España, the Cucurella family is looking for a spacious house with a garden and security measures to ensure their safety. The main reason is their family situation; one of their children is on the autism spectrum and requires a clear daily routine, which is easier to achieve away from the city center.
After receiving approval from Florentino Pérez, Cucurella bid farewell to the comforts of London, one of Europe's most expensive cities. His previous residence was in the Cotswolds, part of the upscale residential and hotel project "The Lakes by Yoo".
The residence, named "The Manor House," boasts privacy as its main selling point: it sits on a private estate spanning over 340 hectares, surrounded by lakes, forests, and expansive green spaces. The house features five bedrooms and four bathrooms, enough for the player from Aleñá and his family of five, plus a sixth room in an annex with its own living room and bathroom.

In addition to bedrooms, the house features a temperature-controlled outdoor swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, and a lawn relaxation area overlooking a navigable lake. The estate also includes a bar, gym, and other exclusive amenities.
According to Semana, the minimum price for all of this is around 4,000 euros per night, which is only affordable for players and other people with good financial means.
