According to Diario Sport, 19-year-old Cubas has become one of the most promising young stars in Spanish football.

This Spanish national team World Cup champion and tournament's best young player, as well as an indispensable center-back for Barcelona, has proven that his growth extends beyond the pitch. His goals extend beyond football; he wants to build a solid foundation through learning to help him plan his career more intelligently.
Kubasi has always been clear that he wants to study a business-related major. In an interview with TV3, he stated that he hopes to "learn something about business, how to manage and invest money," to complement his playing career.
Although he admits that balancing studies and football is difficult, he believes the effort is necessary and beneficial. Kubalsi said, "It's definitely possible if you're willing, but it's also very hard. I feel it's important to do something... something that exercises the mind." The defender believes that the pace of his studies helps him concentrate and keeps him grounded.
Before starting his university studies, Cubasi had already completed his second year of high school and passed the Spanish university entrance exams, even though he had to juggle club and national team duties at the time. He would use his time during Barcelona and Spanish national team training camps to keep up with his studies, and he always carried his notebook with him, a testament to his dedication and self-discipline.
Ultimately, Cubas chose to study business administration, which allowed him to continue his studies without giving up his professional football career.
In an interview with AS, Kubalsi detailed how he schedules his week for studying: "Football doesn't give you much time. It takes up three afternoons a week, and it's a bit easier than university, which requires more time. This way, I can both recover physically and study."

His maturity on the field is also evident off the field. With a World Cup trophy in hand and a future with extremely high potential, Kubalsi has proven that success can be built through perseverance, learning, and a long-term vision.
