Hours after the transfer deadline, Chelsea released a video of Enzo Fernandes in training.

According to the Evening Standard, Chelsea have set a deadline of 5 p.m. BST on Friday, August 14, requiring all offers to be submitted before then.

Despite Manchester City's interest in the 25-year-old, no offer was submitted before the aforementioned deadline, so Enzo Fernandes is expected to remain at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea will not be able to let him leave until the summer of 2027 at the earliest.

However, it remains unclear whether Chelsea will soften their stance if a lower offer comes in or if an offer is submitted after Friday's deadline.

Interestingly, and perhaps not by coincidence, just over two hours after the 5 p.m. deadline, Chelsea released a training video of Fernandes. In the video, he was practicing two-touch passing with Barentin Barco and Esterwyn.
