British media reports that former Liverpool striker Nunez will join Diriye on loan from Al-Hilal.

This transfer between Saudi league teams is in its final stages and is expected to be officially announced in the next few days.
It is understood that Dirier's sporting director, Friedman, played a key role in this proposed deal.
Friedman left Crystal Palace last summer and helped the team gain promotion to the Saudi top flight in his first season in Diriyah.
Núñez joined Liverpool in 2022 for a maximum transfer fee of £85 million, and left Anfield for Al-Hilal last summer.
Núñez scored 9 goals in all competitions for Al-Hilal last season, and then made 3 appearances in the World Cup.
He was linked with a return to European football this summer, but it looks like he will remain in Saudi Arabia.
